You
-MKR

I thought my world was complete
When I found you
Me and you...

But trust was never there
You didnt trust me
And i, more than anyone. trusted you...

And now what is left
Is only shattered dreams
And its all because of me not you...

I am the one who did wrong
I fell in love with an angel
It was not meant for me to love you...

There is something i want to say

I LOVE YOU !
I MISS YOU !
I TRUSTED YOU !

But YOU........!

My soul lost
In search for a love that i lost

Wandering the vast world
Lest i find a suitable word

To heal a wound
That everyone is so profound

Ah, love is a mystery too great
That god has been keen to create.

Lost love

Monday, June 15, 2015

Recently I had a discussion with a brother from different faith. I have always liked people who think for themselves. My articles are almost always a topic to debate on, because I always think in ways others don't tend to. While discussing we landed on the topic of religion. I asked him, brother what is the concept of God in your religion? He couldn't give the complete picture. So I started explaining the concept of God in Islam. Today while on the train travelling to Tirupur, I thought of writing an article on the discussion we had that day.22
WHAT IS THE CONCEPT OF GOD IN ISLAM?
My friend look at the working of the Universe. It’s a complex process. The Earth we live is rotating and revolving. The planets are revolving around the sun. The sun is rotating and revolving inside the milky-way galaxy. The milky-way galaxy, along with other millions of galaxies, is revolving around a black hole and so on. Look into the Earth we live in; It has animals, plants, trees, humans etc. Look into our own body; We have eyes, ears, nose, brain, liver, Kidney etc. My friend there is an architect/engineer behind all these and we Muslims call him Allah! That’s it. We Muslims have no images, statue nor a photograph of him. He is pure, all seeing, all hearing and full of mercy. Whether you call him loving father or Rama or Shiva, we call him Allah. We believe there is no god but Allah. Allah is absolute and eternal. He begets not, nor is he begotten. And there is nothing like him.
Imagine that you are drowning and you see that nobody is there to help you. Now as you are drowning, with your final breath of desperation you call upon someone to help you. Someone who you don’t have an image of. Someone you never imagined until that desperate moment. But you know he is listening and watching you from above, and has control over things. That being is Allah.
WHY DO MUSLIMS WORSHIP?
We Muslims worship Allah, because he is the only entity that deserves to be worshiped. He gave us ears, eyes, food, water, love, sleep etc. Shouldn't we thank him? He is the one who makes sleep peaceful. He is the one who controls our heart and brain and programs the digestive system without us ourselves not realizing it. He is the one who beautifully developed you while you were in your mother’s womb. He is the one who instilled the love in your mother for you. It is he who sends the rain from the sky and grows the plants from the ground. You pour the water into the ground you get sweet apple, coconut with water inside, orange sweet but sour, watermelon with green outside, white inside and red flesh with sweet water. How many plants has he brought from the ground? He is the one without whose knowledge no leaf falls from the tree. Look into the beaches and think how many sand particles will there be in the world. Look into the sky and see how many stars twinkle in the sky. It is he and only he who knows the exact number. Look at your fingertips and ponder on the prints you got there. Today science tells us that no two fingers prints are identical. Look into the babies that are born every day, each one two eyes, ears and nose. Imagine how big would be the treasury of Allah. O People worship him as it is your duty to worship him.
We all will die. Many has already left us. Ask yourself this question, how many people have died before us? How many dead bodies have we seen right before us? How many times we were at the death-bed of our family members, doctors having given up their hope, the person before us struggling between death and life and we watch them helplessly. There was a time when he also sat at the death-bed of another person. He also cried when his family members cried. Now it’s his turn to taste death. O People understand the true religion. Don’t delay it.
Are we not going to die one day? Do any one of us know the exact time and date of our turn to drink from the cup of death. Haven’t we heard time and again of sudden death? Morning he lead on with his normal life and just after a matter of seconds or minutes, they don’t speak no more. Khaash!! How unfortunate it would be for us to die like that without realizing the truth. O people understand the purpose of this life!
How the angel of death will approach us? Are we prepared to face him?? Some will be pleased to see him as they are returning to their lord and they were waiting for this day. Those who didn't realize their lord, will have a terrible pain and his soul will be removed with a pain that is unimaginable, your family members might close your eyes when you die. But they don’t realize the pain and suffering you are undergoing. O people don’t take this Religion as an amusement. Ask those who die, they will cry aloud and tell you “O so and so don’t never ever take religion for granted we have seen the truth”.
We are going to die and we will die one day, an ultimate truth. That day people will not call us with our names, they won’t say where is Jabir/Sam/Rahul kept, rather they will ask where is the "body" kept. People will hesitate to mention our names before our parents to not remind them about us, to keep them away from emotion. No father, no mother or friend will come with us on that journey. The house we built and lived in, the BF or GF we had and we loved or the children whom we gave our lives to will not come with us in our grave. You and only you will be lying in your grave, alone.
The families will cry for you, but how long will they cry?? You are just a memory now. O people pay heed!
What’s happening to you in your grave?? You have returned your lord, your body is rotting and your beautiful cheek aligned perfectly with your face which made you proud of yourself on Earth is eaten by worms and ants. But your soul is not dead yet! O people don’t get caught by death unless you are a Muslim.
When your family members place your body on the grave leave you. Then an angel with horrible figure will come to you and will ask you;
Who is your lord?
The one who lived according to the will of god will reply MY LORD IS ALLAH.
The one who didn't will not be able to answer for which he will be punished with an eternal punishment. O people fear your lord!
Then on the Day of Judgment you will be standing naked in front of your lord, and that day he will judge everybody justly.
WHY MUSLIMS DON’T WORSHIP IDOLS?
For Muslims, it’s very difficult for us to believe that the idols created the heavens and the earth. Thus it’s very difficult to accept the idols as our lord. It’s also very difficult for us to believe that god made his beloved son die on the cross by crucifixion and told the world to just believe that I sacrificed my beloved for your sins and you get salvation. We Muslims believe that if you sin against any fellow human being, then seek forgiveness from him. If you sin against your lord then seek forgiveness from your lord. Worship Allah alone, it is only he who deserves to be worshiped.
WHY MUSLIMS ARE ALWAYS HIGHLIGHTED IN THE MEDIA?
We Muslims only bow our head to ALLAH. He favored us by sending prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) among us to show how to live life. If anything doesn't match with our prophet teaching then we don’t do it. We love our prophet. Today in the modern world few people are controlling the mass. They control by making alcohol common among the mass, so that the mass is always under its control. Now it’s the Muslims as a whole who don’t bow their head to this. Today they got all girls under their camera. They claim to be uplifting the women, which is nothing but exploitation of the body, degradation of the soul and deprivation of the honor. But people go because they do all these behind the beautiful screen which is commonly known as Arts and Culture. Now Muslim women as a whole don’t bow to this. They keep their hijab on. Their love to the prophetic teaching is much higher than the incentives these people give. So those who want to dominate
the world find difficult with we Muslims. Muslims don’t eat pork nor drink alcohol. They don’t permit pornography industry neither don’t encourage music. They raise their voice against injustice. They are ready to die to establish justice. Since they Muslims don’t bow to their whims and desires they try to humiliate Muslims in whatever way possible. In no way I meant everybody hates Muslims, only a minority hate Muslims, there are many people who love Muslims.
DO MUSLIMS HATE NON-MUSLIMS?
There might be some crack pot Muslims who hate Non-Muslims. Muslims as a whole don’t hate non-Muslims. According to Islam we should love everybody irrespective whether he/she is a Muslim or non-Muslim. Those who cause pain to any non-Muslim living under Muslim controlled land has actually caused pain to the prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H). Islam is peace, it’s the duty of every Muslim to spread peace. Don’t judge us by looking at the Media. Of course we have black sheep in our community, don’t judge Islam by looking at them. Read Quran, read the prophetic teachings, read the biography Of My beloved Prophet then judge Islam. That’s the right way! May the true god give us the right guidance. Learn Islam, make sure you die while being in the state of right religion. Don’t waste time, you never know when you are going to die.
Until next time, Peace be on You.

First thing you notice about rain is the silver clouds in the sky pregnant with rain. Waiting for the smallest hint of a breeze.

All silent. Grasses swaying lightly with the tease from breeze. Animals and birds cozy in their shelter. You with a cup of coffee at the Verandah. Sitting. Relaxing.

The calm before the wind.

Then you see the rain coming. From the distant. A slanting sheet of water droplets carried inside the wind. Bending every grass blades. The sound reaches you first. Thousands of droplets falling on the leaves of the trees. Water flowing.

Then it hits your face. Small droplets. The water droplets sending you shivers down to the core of your soul, cooling it. The water droplets touch the dry land and the smell.

The Petrichor.

The smell of the rain falling on dry land. It’s a wonderful smell.

The first few drops falling on the land, dry for so long, seeping it into it. The parched land thirstily taking it all. Sitting on the front porch of your old house porch brings a nostalgic feel to it. The smell reduces with every single breath you take. Wanting it more. But never gets it.

But the coffee is good with rain.

The beautiful smell of coffee and rain, brings back memories.

Playing in the rain with brothers and sisters. Father scolding you with a smiling face for playing in the rain. Mother waiting for you with the towel to wipe your head as soon as you come out of rain.
Warmth of the coffee, happy memories. Warms your soul.

You Praise Almighty Allah for the blessings.

Family. Land. Home

Father. Mother. Sister. Brother.

Rain is indeed a blessing. Alhamdulillah.

New Life. New Beginning.
